Our lab is recently established, and we would be very keen to hear from motivated scientist who are interested in our research to build the group.
We are always looking for motivated and talented students with an interest in molecular and cellular parasitology research to join us. Our work revolves around cell surface function, architecture and virulence, drug sensitivity and protein/lipid sorting mechanisms of immune evasion in human pathogens. Applications for the next round of the fully-funded BBSRC Doctoral Training Partnership
will open in December 2016 to start September 2017. The supervisor can also be contacted by email about these and other opportunities.
If you are interested in our work and would like to apply for funding to come and join our group, then do get in touch to discuss your ideas. In addition to the University’s own fellowship schemes, there are a wide range of fellowships available from various funding bodies, charities and institutions specifically targeted at early career researchers.
